Training and Learning of Human Resources
The main objective of the Group Training and Development Department is to cover all the Training and development needs of the people of the organization in technical or competency areas.
The final target is the attainment of the strategic objectives of the Group through the high level performance of its human resources.
The Training and Development Department is stuffed by permanent trainers and uses the services of Training Organizations from Cyprus and other European countries to offer:
- Technical and Computer Software Seminars relating to the Banks operations
- Developmental competency Seminars for all levels
- Professional Development Seminars
The Bank also runs a generous benefits scheme to encourage its employees to gain professional qualifications
In addition the employees can to rent a large number of training materials from the Banks Library and Learning Resource Center.
