1. WHAT YOU NEED
In order to access our Internet Banking Service you must have the following Browsers (128-bit encryption browsers recommended):
- Internet Explorer - Version 6.0 and above
- NOTE:If you have IE 6.0 and Win 2000 make sure that you have the latest Windows Updates.
- Mozilla Firefox - Version 3.0 and above
- Google Chrome - Version 2 and above
- Mac Safari - Version 3 and above
- Opera - Version 10 and above
2. Internet Explorer Settings
- Delete Cookies and Files
- For Internet Explorer 6 go to Tools, Internet Options, General and under the option Temporary Internet Files press Delete Cookies and then press Delete Files (activate option Delete all offline content). For Internet Explorer 7 & 8 go to Tools, Internet Options, General and under the option Browsing History press Delete, and then press Delete Files and Delete Cookies
- "SSL 2 and SSL3" should be enabled
- For Internet Explorer 6, 7 & 8 go to Tools, Internet Options, select Advanced and click on SSL 2 & SSL 3
- "Cookies" should be enabled.
- For Internet Explorer 6, 7 & 8 you can set cookies up to Medium High (Go to Tools, Internet Options and select the Privacy tab).
- Scripting should be enabled
- For Internet Explorer 6, 7 & 8 go to Tools, Internet Options, Security, Custom Level. Under Scripting, Active Scripting should be enabled.
- "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" must be enabled
- For Internet Explorer 6, 7 & 8 go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced and select "Do not save encrypted pages to disk"
- For Opera Users, from the Menu go to Opera, Quick Preferences. The following must be selected:
- Open all pop-ups, Enable Java Script, Enable Scripts, Enable Cookies, Enable Proxy servers, identify as MSIE 6.0
- Disable Pop Up Blocker (for WIN XP):
- Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools-> Internet Options -> Privacy
3. Mozilla Firefox Settings
- Go to Tools/Options
- Select PRIVACY Tab
- Accept Cookies" should be selected
- Always clear my Private data when close Firefox" should be selected
- Press "Settings" button
- Select "Authenticated Sessions"
- Select ADVANCED and then NETWORK Tab
- You can clean the cache by clicking "Clear Now" Button in Cache area
- Select ENCRYPTION Tab
- Select CONTENT Tab
- JAVASCRIPT should be enabled
