Our aim is to give the best suitable financial solutions to those who wish to start, grow or expand their small companies.
Our philosophy is:
- simplify procedures of loan application & approval and minimize paperwork, and
- make it easy for our customers to repay loans (repayment should be based on each individual's circumstances). Therefore, we offer choices of flexible repayment schedules such as seasonal repayments and interest-only payments for the first 2 years.
Our offer includes, depending on each customer's needs, choice and/or combination of the following credit facilities:
1. Loan for start-up or expansion
- Amount according to financial needs and repayment ability
- Repayment up to 20 years (in the absence of collateral, the amount is restricted to the maximum of EUR17.000 and the repayment period to maximum 7 years)
- Loans with floating rate or fixed rate for 1,3 or 5 years.
2. Loan for office space, shop, etc.
- Amount according to financial needs and repayment ability
- Repayment up to 30 years for purchase, expansion or renovation
3. Loan for equipment, machinery and commercial car/van
- Amount according to financial needs and repayment ability
- Repayment up to 10 years
- Variable (not flat) interest rate
