Declaration of Full Assignment of Intellectual Property Rights

By participating in the 'GOAT Account 18-25' Contest, I acknowledge and agree that the video I submit is my own original work, and that I am granting Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd all intellectual property rights thereto. This includes the rights to use, reproduce, modify, publish and distribute the video worldwide on an exclusive and irrevocable basis, with no time or geographical restrictions.

I confirm that the work does not infringe the rights of any third parties, and that the Bank of Cyprus may use it for promotional or communication purposes, regardless of whether I am selected as the winner. I declare that I will retain no rights to the project after submitting it.

This assignment is governed by Cypriot law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.

I hereby give my consent to the Bank of Cyprus to use, reproduce and publish the submitted video for communication and promotional purposes, regardless of whether or not I am selected as the winner.

I agree to the processing of my personal data in accordance with the Bank of Cyprus Privacy Notice and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). I am aware that I have the right to access, correct or delete my data, and to restrict processing or withdraw my consent at any time.
