• Your Impact
  • Lead the Company’s strategic planning, budgeting and overall business direction.
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, supporting the expansion of the Company’s business activities.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports to the Board of Directors covering business performance, risks, compliance matters, and strategic progress.
  • Support the Board in decision‑making by providing financial analyses, operational updates and regulatory insights.
  • Ensure strong governance, internal controls, and timely regulatory reporting.
  • Maintain and strengthen effective collaboration with Bank of Cyprus Group and external stakeholders to ensure a high standard of client service.
  • Provide guidance and technical support to staff on matters such as compliance, conflict of interest management, communication with CySEC and CSE, and operational challenges.
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance with CySEC directives, MiFID II obligations, internal policies, and all requirements for maintaining CIF licensing.
  • Promote a culture of professionalism, integrity and regulatory awareness across all teams.
• What we're looking for

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree, CFA, or ACA qualification is considered an advantage.
  • Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) Advanced Certification.

  Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Upper / Senior Management roles within related sectors such as Investment Banking, Private Banking, Asset Management, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of global markets, investment and the local regulatory framework (CySEC circulars, MiFID, AML, etc.)
