As part of our overall efforts to keep our employees and customers safe, we would like to inform you that we have implemented a new process at the counters in a bid to minimize the duration of your stay in the bank branch.

The new process concerns cash deposits of over €2000 as well as deposits of 3 cheques or more, which can now be delivered inside a sealed envelope by filling out a form you can find here or at any branch.

Our customers will be able to hand over the sealed envelope to the bank teller by presenting the signed delivery form and without needing to wait for the transaction to be processed.

For your convenience and safety, we encourage you to fill out the relevant form beforehand.

This process does not relate to deposits that can be made through ATMs. The use of digital channels is recommended as the safest mode of service.

We would also like to urge our customers to arrange appointments with their personal banker beforehand by telephone for the following:

1. Visiting a personal banker

2. Visiting safe-deposit boxes
