If you have a personal subscription:
Depending on the service you require, the system will provide you with a selection of available branches.If you have a business subscription:
Your appointment will be scheduled at the branch that manages your company’s accounts.If you have an investment portfolio with private and affluent banking:
Your appointment will be scheduled at the branch that manages your accounts.If you are a new customer:
The system will suggest branches that can assist you based on your specific needs. -
If you have 1bank credentials:
From the landing page of the BoC Mobile App from “Pending Actions”, select the booked appointment and select “Reschedule” or “Cancel Appointment.”

If you have 1bank credentials:
On the day and time of your appointment:
- Log in to the Mobile app, select your booked Appointment from the Homepage and choose the option 'Join Teams meeting'.
- You will need to have Microsoft Teams installed on your mobile device.
- If you are using a computer, log in to the Internet Banking, select your booked Appointment from the Homepage and choose the option 'Join Teams meeting'.
- No installation of Microsoft Teams is required when joining from a computer via browser.
If you do not have 1bank credentials:
Open your confirmation email from any device and select 'Join Teams Meeting'.
- You will need to have Microsoft Teams installed on your mobile device or tablet.
- No installation is required when joining from a PC.
- Log in to the Mobile app, select your booked Appointment from the Homepage and choose the option 'Join Teams meeting'.

If you have a personal subscription:
You cannot choose a specific representative. The system will automatically assign the most suitable representative based on your needs.If you have a business subscription:
Your appointment will be scheduled with the representative who manages your company’s accounts.If you have an investment portfolio with Private and Affluent Banking:
Your appointment will be scheduled with the representative who manages your accounts.If you are a new customer:
The system will recommend the appropriate representative to assist you according to your requirements. -
You can book an appointment as described above, depending on whether you are a subscriber or not.
Next, you will be asked to specify your exact needs, and based on that, you wil be directed to the appropriate branch or will be offered other suitable options for you.
