Under the Google settings menu (top right) select Settings

Click on the “Show advanced settings” link

Delete Cookies and Files

• Click on “Clear browsing data”, under Privacy
• Select “the beginning of time” option, under the “Obliterate the following items from:” drop down list
• “Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data” should be enabled
• “Cached images and files” should be enabled
• Click on “Clear browsing data”

Enable Cookies

• Click on “Content settings”, under Privacy
• The “Allow local data to be set” option, under the “Cookies” category, should be enabled

Enable Java Script

• The ''Allow all sites to run JavaScript” option, under the “Javascript” category, should be enbled
• Click on Done

Restart your browser, to apply the new settings.
