Right to withdraw
The agreement is governed by the Consumer Credit Contract Law. You reserve the right to withdraw from the agreement within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of its conclusion. In such an event you must pay the Bank the disbursed amount, the accrued interest on the principal amount from the date of withdrawal, any non-refundable fees which the Bank may have paid to any governmental and/or public authority without unjustified delay and no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the date the notice of withdrawal has been sent to the Bank. If you exercise the above right, you are released from the agreement governing your account.
