The successful applicant will work on a variety of existing projects playing a key role in the business transformation of the Bank.

The role involves identifying and implementing innovative technology solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. It also requires close collaboration with various business stakeholders and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, propose solutions, and ensure technical feasibility.

- Promotes change through the identification and recommendation of innovative business solutions that align with the long-term business strategies and facilitates the continuous upgrade of customer experience through process re-engineering and application software development.
- Acts as the liaison between Technology, Business stakeholders and Product Managers to address technology requirements.
- Gathers, analyses and clearly documents business and systems requirements, ensuring that they are clearly understood and agreed upon by all stakeholders.
- Collaborates closely with Technology Solution Architects during the solution design phase to ensure feasibility and satisfaction of business requirements.
- Works closely with Product Managers for backlog refinement and provides support for the user stories preparation, ensuring that the business needs are well addressed and that stories are prioritized according to the business needs.
- Works closely with Project Managers during the various stages of a project, supporting scope definition, requirements gathering, preparation of functional requirements for a Request for proposal, solution evaluation, Implementation, business testing and change request management.
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or other related subject
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. IIBA ECBA, IIBA CCBA, IIBA CBAP, PMI PBA) will be considered as an advantage.
- 3+ years of experience working in a technical business analyst position.
- Experience with Banking applications will be considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques such as requirements elicitation, process modelling, data analysis etc
- Good understanding of Development Cycle and Processes in waterfall and agile environment.
- Advanced skills in MS Office tools (Word, Powerpoint, excel, teams, copilot, visio etc)
- Excellent Written and verbal communication in both Greek & English
