I have submitted my application online. Do I have the right of withdrawal?

You have the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the creation of the contract for the product of Mastercard Classic Debit. The withdrawal may be exercised by submitting an electronic declaration to the Bank. More specifically, withdrawal may be carried out electronically through the Home Page of Internet Banking or the BoC Mobile App. It will be available during the period for which the right of withdrawal is valid. In such a case, charges may be applied for services already provided. If the right of withdrawal is not exercised within the 14-day period, the contract becomes final and binding.
