Do I have the right to withdraw from the account agreement?

You have the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the creation of the contract. The withdrawal may be exercised by submitting an electronic declaration to the Bank. It is exercised by electronic declaration to the Bank. More specifically, withdrawal may be carried out electronically through the Home Page of Internet Banking or the BoC Mobile App. From the “Right of Withdrawal” section, select the product and on the next page select “Withdrawal Confirmation”. In such a case, charges may be applied for services already provided. If the right of withdrawal is not exercised within the 14-day period, the contract becomes final and binding.

What is the procedure for closing the account?

You can send instructions for closing the account via a secure message through 1bank or through your Branch.
