The "Registration Number" is the unique number assigned by the Bank's system to each holder of OMONOIA VISA card(s) and can be used in the OMONOIA application to receive benefits. Log in to the "OMONOIA Loyalty" application and select the "Bank of Cyprus customer" section. Enter the "Registration Number" and follow the indicated steps to complete the identification process. The "Registration Number" is communicated to OMONOIA without revealing any of your personal data. The Bank is not responsible for the operation of the application, which is owned and managed exclusively by OMONOIA.

I have submitted my application online. Do I have the right of withdrawal?

You have the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the creation of the contract for the product of Omonoia Classic Debit Visa. The withdrawal may be exercised by submitting an electronic declaration to the Bank. More specifically, withdrawal may be carried out electronically through the Home Page of Internet Banking or the BoC Mobile App. It will be available during the period for which the right of withdrawal is valid. In such a case, charges may be applied for services already provided. If the right of withdrawal is not exercised within the 14-day period, the contract becomes final and binding .
