Total number of Shares and Voting Rights

On 23 April 2025, the date of the Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting, the total issued share capital of Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company (the "Company") amounts to €44.082.006 divided into 440.820.060 ordinary shares of a nominal value of €0,10 each. As of 22 April 2025, the Company holds 2,634,918 ordinary shares as treasury shares, pending cancellation which shall take place at the end of the Buyback Programme. Ordinary shares held in treasury do not carry voting rights. The total number of voting rights in the Company is, therefore 438,185,142
