Terms of participation in the University promotional campaign

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1.The Promoter of this prize draw is Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd, a credit institution duly incorporated under the Laws of the Republic of Cyprus, registered office at 51 Stasinos Street, Ayia Paraskevi, Nicosia. The prize draw is open to all Cyprus residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

2. In the promotional campaign concerns all individuals that visit the Bank of Cyprus booth  

3a. Each individual can participate in the draw only one time and can do so by scanning the relevant QR code and completing the competition entry form.

3b. The personal data provided in the form will be used only for the purpose of the draw and to communicate with the winner, later the Bank will destroy the registry right after the winner is announced.

4. The prize draw will take place within two weeks period and 3 new customers (one per event) who have opened an account through the BoC Mobile App during the UNIFEST events listed in point 5 will win an Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max 128GB Space Black. 

5. The promotional UNIFEST campaign days will occur the following days:

•          Cyprus University of Technology - Wednesday 20/9/2023

•          University of Cyprus - Tuesday 26/9/2023

•          University of Nicosia - Tuesday 3/10/2023

6. The Bank of Cyprus shall not be liable, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any loss, damage or harm caused to any person or to any property arising, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, as a result of accepting the reward.

7. The Bank of Cyprus may, in its absolute discretion, exclude any person from participating in this promotional campaign and may prohibit any person from further participating in this promotional campaign if the said person interferes in any manner in the process of participating or in the smooth operation of the promotional campaign or acts in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

8. The package described above in point 4 cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize or gift.

9. By participating in this campaign, you are deemed to have fully and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions.

10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Cyprus Law.
