Product Manager (Ref. 945) – Nicosia

Are you a talented product manager looking for your next career move? We are looking for an experienced and passionate “market strategist” to drive business growth in our Cards and Payments growing team.

This is a great opportunity to use your skills and experience to work on a variety of exciting projects, playing a key role in the transformation journey of the Bank.

You will ideally have previous professional experience in the Cards and Payments industry; if not, we would still encourage you to apply because we love people who are keen to learn something new!

    • Shape Strategy: Define and prioritize card product roadmap aligned with market trends and stakeholder input.
    • Drive Innovation: Develop business cases for new products/features using data and insights.
    • Lead Execution: Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
    • Customer & Stakeholder Focus: Understand needs, solve problems, and design scalable solutions.
    • Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to guide proposals and validate outcomes.
    • Stay Ahead: Monitor industry trends and recommend innovations.
    • Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams and build external ecosystems to support growth.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
    • Master’s degree in related field is an advantage.
    • Ideally 5 years of managerial experience relevant to technology and transformation is required, although candidates with less experience are also encouraged to apply.
    • Experience in cards or fintech is a strong plus.
    • Excellent communication in Greek & English Strategic, analytical - independent thinking, and collaborative mindset.
