Product Manager (Ref. 945) – Nicosia

Are you a talented product manager looking for your next career move? We are looking for an experienced and passionate “market strategist” to drive business growth in our Cards and Payments growing team.

This is a great opportunity to use your skills and experience to work on a variety of exciting projects, playing a key role in the transformation journey of the Bank.

You will ideally have previous professional experience in the Cards and Payments industry; if not, we would still encourage you to apply because we love people who are keen to learn something new!

    • Develop and present Business Cases: Propose new card products/features and enhancements, backed by data, market insights and competition assessment.
    • Define Strategy & Roadmap: Set and prioritize the card issuing strategy based on stakeholder input and market trends.
    • Communicate Vision: Present the roadmap clearly to stakeholders and secure alignment.
    • Drive Execution: Lead development teams and coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver on strategy.
    • Solve Stakeholder Problems: Design scalable, value-driven solutions that meet business needs.
    • Understand Customer Needs: Collaborate with sales and marketing to capture insights.
    • Leverage Data: Use analytics to guide decisions and validate proposals.
    • Stay Ahead: Monitor industry developments, evaluate opportunities, and recommend innovations.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Bank’s support functions to drive delivery and execution.
    • External ecosystems: create and manage external ecosystems to support innovation.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related area.
    • Master’s degree in related area will be considered an advantage.
    • Ideally 5 years of managerial experience relevant to technology and transformation is required, although candidates with less experience are also encouraged to apply.
    • 3+ year experience in cards and/or money movements at a Bank or a Fintech will be considered a strong advantage.
    • Broad knowledge of all aspects of IT and Digital Services with strong analytical, strategic planning and communication/presentation skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with relevant stakeholders.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced fluid environment, where creativity and strategic thinking is the norm.
    • Independent decision-making skills and good judgment.
    • Ability to manage time, workload and multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deliverables.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
    • Ability to work well within a team and participate in inter-departmental projects.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to take initiatives and make decisions.
