The 6th international compliance forum, sponsored by Bank of Cyprus and organized by IMH, took place this year online on Thursday and Friday the 24th and 25th of September 2020. The forum was chaired by Mr Marios M. Skandalis, Compliance Director of the Bank of Cyprus and focused on the challenges and opportunities that are expected to revolutionise the compliance function over the next decade.
Like every year, a number of high caliber international speakers discussed the latest developments and trends in compliance and covered some really appealing toping relating to the challenges in the areas of corporate governance, ethics, regulatory compliance, data privacy, anti-financial crime and sanctions. The challenges and opportunities of the continuous technology advancements were also addressed.
