1. This promotional campaign is carried out by the Bank of Cyprus and only persons residing permanently in the Republic of Cyprus and who are over the age of 18 have the right to participate.

2. The promotional campaign only concerns new customers of the Bank of Cyprus who complete their registration process with the opening a bank account, by obtaining a card and subscribing with the Bank of Cyprus’ "1bank" digital channels through the BoC Mobile App.

3. Every new customer who follows the procedure for registering as a customer of the Bank of Cyprus through the BoC Mobile app, will benefit from the following:

• 500 antamivi points, upon completing the first payment/purchase by using their card with any merchant for an amount exceeding €11. The 500 Reward points can only be used/redeemed at the company "Zorbas Bakery" (A. Zorbas & Sons Ltd) on a nationwide basis, in exchange for the amount of €5.

• after a customer completes a total of three (3) payments/purchases by using his/her Bank of Cyprus card for making a payment at any merchant, the customer will benefit from a €10 reduction on the purchase price to be paid at any shop belonging to "Bionic Electronics HT LTD" throughout Cyprus. This amount can only be used for one purchase.

4. Any transfers made through the Bank of Cyprus’ "1bank" digital channels, any change of the pin code of a card as well as any deposits made through ATMs shall not be considered to constitute payments/purchases made by card.

5. If transactions by card are not completed by the 30/09/2022 in the manner set out in points 3.1 & 3.2, then the Bank of Cyprus will not grant the 500 reward points nor the €10 discount.

6. The promotional campaign shall last until the 15/07/2022 or will cover the first 1,000 new customers of the Bank of Cyprus who will follow the registration process through the BoC Mobile App.

7. The Bank of Cyprus shall not be liable, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any loss, damage or harm caused to any person or to any property arising, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, as a result of accepting the reward.

8. The Bank of Cyprus may, in its absolute discretion, exclude any person from participating in this promotional campaign and may prohibit any person from further participating in this promotional campaign if the said person interferes in any manner in the process of participating or in the smooth operation of the promotional campaign or acts in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

9. The package described in point 3 above cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize or gift.

10. By participating in this campaign, you are deemed to have fully and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions.

11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Cyprus Law.
