  • 1. User Experience Development:

    • Lead the development of visual and interaction elements for user experiences, refining designs with a focus on typography, iconography, layout, accessibility, and brand identity.
    • Ensure a polished design through cross-platform responsive web applications for mobile, tablet, and desktop

    2. CX Oversight:

    • Oversee the customer experience (CX) across all digital channels, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly interaction.
    • Manage cross-functional collaboration to maintain a consistent CX in responsive web applications.

    3. Concept Design and Approval:

    • Plan, prepare, and present concept designs to stakeholders, obtaining approvals and ensuring alignment with business needs and CX best practices.
    • Participate in projects and requirements analysis, driving the creation of wireframes, UX flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes. 

    4. Design Creation:

    • Develop high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and prototypes for new and existing digital products across all channels.

    5. User-Centric Approach:

    • Promote the customer's perspective by incorporating user research and testing to validate and refine design concepts.
    • Utilize both quantitative and qualitative research to generate insights for enhancing user experience.

    6. Usability Testing:

    • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, analyzing feedback to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
    • Iterate on designs based on testing results to continually enhance the overall user experience.

    7. Stakeholder Communication:

    • Liaise with key stakeholders, effectively communicating the value added by proposed design concepts.
    • Provide explanations and insights into design decisions to ensure alignment with project goals.

    8. Implementation Oversight:

    • Oversee and review the implementation process to ensure deliverables meet specified design requirements.
    • Collaborate with development teams to maintain design integrity during the implementation phase.

    9. Solution Conceptualization:

    • Translate business, user needs, and technological constraints into solution concepts that are meaningful, user-friendly, and engaging.

    10. Innovation and Redesign:

    • Stay abreast of UX trends and propose redesigns of digital assets to ensure the bank's applications align with the latest industry standards.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

    • 3 years of proven experience in UX design, with a preference for candidates with experience in financial products.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing intuitive and engaging interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
    • Demonstrated experience in conducting user research and testing, including the collection and analysis of data to inform product design decisions.
    • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both English and Greek.
    • Ability to clearly communicate and present new design concepts with strong verbal, written, and visual skills, catering to both technical and non-technical audiences.
