ΟΡΟΙ ΚΑΙ ΠΡΟΫΠΟΘΕΣΕΙΣ

ΕΚΣΤΡΑΤΕΙΑ: Aegean Mastercard 

1. Όλοι οι νέοι πελάτες της Τράπεζας Κύπρου Δημόσια Εταιρεία Λτδ (η «Τράπεζα»), οι οποίοι θα αιτούνται νέα κάρτα Aegean Mastercard (προσωπική)  μέσω της εφαρμογής BoC Mobile App και Internet Banking, θα λαμβάνουν κουπόνι €40 μέσω του Σχεδίου Επιβράβευσης Καρτών Ανταμοιβή για εξαργύρωση στα Famous Sports.
2. Η εκστρατεία θα είναι σε ισχύ από τις 29/1/2024-31/3/2024
3. Κριτήριο Συμμετοχής: Πελάτες οι οποίοι έχουν εκδώσει την κάρτα AegeanMastercard κατά την περίοδο της εκστρατείας και έχουν προχωρήσει σε συναλλαγή χρησιμοποιώντας την κάρτα μέχρι τις 30/04/2024.
4. Οι κάτοχοι των καρτών και λογαριασμών της Τράπεζας δεσμεύονται από τους εκάστοτε όρους που διέπουν τη χρήση και τη λειτουργία αυτών καθώς και από οποιαδήποτε άλλη σχετική συμφωνία με την Τράπεζα, η οποία ισχύει από καιρό σε καιρό.
5. Το δωροκουπόνι θα δικαιούνται όσοι πελάτες έχουν ολοκληρώσει τη διαδικασία αίτησης νέας προσωπικής κάρτας Aegean Mastercard μέσω του BoC mobile app, έχουν ενεργοποιήσει την κάρτα τους και έχουν πραγματοποιήσει τουλάχιστο μια συναλλαγή.
6. Το δωροκουπόνι θα είναι διαθέσιμο στο antamivi app το αργότερο σε 3 μέρες μετά την πρώτη συναλλαγή και θα ισχύει για 3 μήνες.
7. Η Τράπεζα διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να τροποποιήσει τους παρόντες  Όρους και Προϋποθέσεις της Εκστρατείας σε οποιοδήποτε χρόνο με ειδοποίηση των Νέων Πελατών.
8. Η Τράπεζα δεν προβαίνει σε οποιεσδήποτε διαβεβαιώσεις ή παραστάσεις και δεν παρέχει οποιεσδήποτε εγγυήσεις αναφορικά με τα δώρα.
9. Στο ευρύτερο μέτρο που επιτρέπεται από τη νομοθεσία, η Τράπεζα δεν φέρει οποιαδήποτε ευθύνη για οποιαδήποτε απώλεια, βλάβη ή ζημιά σε οποιοδήποτε πρόσωπο ή περιουσία που δυνατόν να προκύψει, άμεσα ή έμμεσα, ολικώς ή μερικώς, από την αποδοχή του δωροκουπονιού.
10.  Για να ενημερωθούν περαιτέρω οι συμμετέχοντες σχετικά με την επεξεργασία των προσωπικών τους δεδομένων, των δικαιωμάτων τους και άλλων σημαντικών πληροφοριών σχετικά με την ασφάλεια και τη χρήση των προσωπικών τους δεδομένων, θα πρέπει να διαβάσουν τη Δήλωση Προστασίας Προσωπικών Δεδομένων της Τράπεζας η οποία είναι αναρτημένη στην επίσημη ιστοσελίδα της Τράπεζας στον ακόλουθο σύνδεσμο https://www.bankofcyprus.com/contact-gr/privacy-notice/ και σε οποιοδήποτε κατάστημά της.
11. Οι παρόντες Όροι και Προϋποθέσεις  διέπονται από το Κυπριακό Δίκαιο.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CAMPAIGN: AEGEAN MASTERCARD

1. All customers of Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd (the "Bank"), who will apply for a new Aegean (Personal) Mastercard through the BoC Mobile app and Internet Banking, will receive a €40 voucher, from antamivi Reward Card Scheme redeemable at Famous Sports
2. Promotion period starts on 29/01/2024 until 31/03/2024.
3. Eligibility criterion: Customers who have issued their Aegean (personal Mastercard during the promotion period and made purchases with this card by 30/04/2024.
4. Any customer, being the holder of any of the Bank's accounts and cards is bound by the terms governing the use and operation of such accounts and cards, as well as by any other relevant agreement with the Bank, which is in force from time to time.
5. The gift voucher will be eligible for customers who have completed the Aegean card application process through the BoC mobile app, have activated their card and have made at least one transaction.
6. The voucher will be available on the antamivi app up to 3 days after the first transaction is made and will be valid for 3 months.
7. The Bank reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign at any time by notifying the Customers.
8. The Bank makes no representations and does not provide any guarantees regarding the voucher.
9. To the extent permitted by law, the Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage to any person or property that may arise, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the acceptance of the voucher.
10.  By participating in the process, participants hereby accept that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions of the Campaign and have agreed to be bound by them.
11. 12.  These Terms and Conditions are governed by Cyprus Law.
