We’re looking for a detail-oriented, Customer Relationship Officer – Jinius to support our merchant partners. In this role, you’ll help ensure smooth operations, drive sales growth, and optimize merchant content for better visibility and performance. - Act as the main point of contact for assigned merchants, providing timely support and clear communication to resolve any issues.
- Monitor merchant performance to ensure it aligns with platform standards and goals.
- Help drive merchant sales by identifying growth opportunities, suggesting promotional strategies, and analyzing key performance data.
- Review product listings and content to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency with platform guidelines.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and customer service) to support merchant needs and maintain smooth coordination.
- Prepare regular reports and track account metrics to support decision-making and improve merchant engagement.
- Identify and reach out to potential merchants, clearly communicating the benefits of joining Jinius.
- Support new merchant onboarding by guiding them through the registration process and collecting all necessary documentation.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Communication or related field.
- Master’s degree any of the above subjects will be considered as an advantage.

- Experience in account management, customer support, or marketplace operations is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Strong customer focus with great interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Tech-savvy; comfortable with CRM tools, dashboards, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage time, multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well within a team.
