ΟΡΟΙ ΚΑΙ ΠΡΟΫΠΟΘΕΣΕΙΣ

ΕΚΣΤΡΑΤΕΙΑΣ: DIGITAL ONBOARDING

1. Όλες/οι οι νέοι πελάτες της Τράπεζας Κύπρου Δημόσια Εταιρεία Λτδ (η «Τράπεζα»), οι οποίες/οι θα εγγράφονται ψηφιακά ως νέοι πελάτες μέσω της εφαρμογής BOC Mobile App (οι «Νέοι Πελάτες») θα λαμβάνουν €50 στο Σχεδίο Επιβράβευσης Καρτών Ανταμοιβή
2. Η ισχύς της Εκστρατείας, θα αφορά την περίοδο από 04/12/2023 μέχρι 10/01/2024.
3. Οι κάτοχοι των καρτών και λογαριασμών της Τράπεζας δεσμεύονται από τους  εκάστοτε όρους που διέπουν τη χρήση και τη λειτουργία αυτών καθώς και από οποιαδήποτε άλλη σχετική συμφωνία με την Τράπεζα, η οποία ισχύει από καιρό σε καιρό.
4. Το δωροκουπόνι θα δικαιούνται όσοι νέοι πελάτες έχουν ολοκληρώσει τη διαδικασία digital onboarding μέσω του BoC mobile app, έχουν ενεργοποιήσει την κάρτα τους και έχουν πραγματοποίησει τουλάχιστο μια συναλλαγή.
5. Η Τράπεζα διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να τροποποιήσει τους παρόντες  Όρους και Προϋποθέσεις της Εκστρατείας σε οποιοδήποτε χρόνο με ειδοποίηση των Νέων Πελατών.
6. Η Τράπεζα δεν προβαίνει σε οποιεσδήποτε διαβεβαιώσεις ή παραστάσεις και δεν παρέχει οποιεσδήποτε εγγυήσεις αναφορικά με τα δώρα.
7. Στο ευρύτερο μέτρο που επιτρέπεται από τη νομοθεσία, η Τράπεζα δεν φέρει οποιαδήποτε ευθύνη για οποιαδήποτε απώλεια, βλάβη ή ζημιά σε οποιοδήποτε πρόσωπο ή περιουσία που δυνατόν να προκύψει, άμεσα ή έμμεσα, ολικώς ή μερικώς, από την αποδοχή των δώρων.
8. Για να ενημερωθούν περαιτέρω οι συμμετέχοντες σχετικά με την επεξεργασία των προσωπικών τους δεδομένων, των δικαιωμάτων τους και άλλων σημαντικών πληροφοριών σχετικά με την ασφάλεια και τη χρήση των προσωπικών τους δεδομένων, θα πρέπει να διαβάσουν τη Δήλωση Προστασίας Προσωπικών Δεδομένων της Τράπεζας η οποία είναι αναρτημένη στην επίσημη ιστοσελίδα της Τράπεζας στον ακόλουθο σύνδεσμο https://www.bankofcyprus.com/contact-gr/privacy-notice/ και σε οποιοδήποτε κατάστημά της.
9.  Η Τράπεζα δύναται, κατά την κρίση της, να αποκλείσει οποιαδήποτε συμμετοχή και να μην επιτρέψει την περαιτέρω συμμετοχή στην κλήρωση σε οποιοδήποτε πρόσωπο παρεμβαίνει με οποιοδήποτε τρόπο στη διαδικασία συμμετοχής ή στην ομαλή λειτουργία της κλήρωσης ή που ενεργεί κατά παράβαση των παρόντων Όρων και Προϋποθέσεων.
10. Οι παρόντες Όροι και Προϋποθέσεις  διέπονται από το Κυπριακό Δίκαιο.

CAMPAIGN: DIGITAL ONBOARDING

 

1. All new customers of Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd (the "Bank"), who will apply for the first time to open an account or issue a card, and who will be digitally registered as new customers through the BOC Mobile App (the "New Customers") will received €50 from Anatamivi Reward Card Scheme merchants.
2. The Campaign will be valid for the period from 04/11/2023 to 10/01/2024.
3. Any customer, being the holder of any of the Bank's accounts and cards is bound by the terms governing the use and operation of such accounts and cards, as well as by any other relevant agreement with the Bank, which is in force from time to time.
4. The gift voucher will be eligible for new customers who have completed the digital onboarding process through the BoC mobile app, have activated their card and have made at least one transaction.
5. The Bank reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign at any time by notifying the New Customers.
6. The Bank makes no representations and does not provide any guarantees regarding the prizes.
7. To the extent permitted by law, the Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage to any person or property that may arise, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the acceptance of the prizes.By participating in the draw, participants hereby accept that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions of the Campaign and have agreed to be bound by them.
8.  Information about the processing of personal data, rights and other important information regarding the security and use of personal data, can be found in the Bank's Privacy Statement which is posted on the Bank's official website at the following link https://www.bankofcyprus.com/en-gb/contact_us/privacy-notice/ and at any of its branches.
9. The Bank may, at its discretion, exclude any participation to the prize draw and not allow further participation in the draw to any person who interferes in any way with the participation process or the smooth operation of the draw or who acts in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
10.  These Terms and Conditions are governed by Cyprus Law.
